Double room available in quiet location

Hello! Hope everyone is well.

My spare room is available from 1 June if anyone is looking for a flat for a few months, potentially longer if we get on and you're a chilled and considerate flat mate like myself :)

Location is Newcraighall which is 11mins into Edinburgh on the train. There are also regular buses and plenty of choice for shopping as the Fort is walking distance. Plus you've got Musselburgh and Portobello not far as well as the A1 and bypass if you have a car. There is plenty of free parking if you have a car.

I live with my 2 friendly Chihuahuas and a typically independent ginger kitten, photos for cuteness :D

Rent is £700 per month including bills and deposit is £500. Gas central heating, double glazing, private garden and super quick broadband.

I'm a pretty chilled and easy going person to get on with. I don't mind cooking on occasion and having dinner together if you'd like. I also like time to myself so I'm not a needy flat mate in the slightest. I'm a minimalist so I like to keep my place clean and tidy. Cluttered space = cluttered mind. If you're a slob, this isn't the flat for you.
