En-suite double room

A lovely double bedroom with private en-suite available in our friendly family home.

The house is shared with myself and my two daughters (aged 14 and 18), along with our small, friendly dog, Arthur. We are looking for a respectful and tidy lodger who is comfortable living in a family environment.

I work from home three days a week and am in the office two days, so the house is generally relaxed and welcoming.

The location is excellent, with easy access to:

* The train station
* Beautiful local beaches
* A retail park with a range of shops and amenities

The room is bright and comfortable, with its own en-suite bathroom, offering plenty of privacy.

This would suit a professional or mature student looking for a clean, friendly home in a convenient location.
