Room available in a shared house in Newington

The flat is located less than ten minutes walk from both Pleasance and George Square, and about twenty minutes from Princes Street. It’s on a main bus route, but we don’t get much noise from the street. The bedroom and living room are cosy, but get a lot of natural light and the kitchen is pretty new.

My name is Elly and you’d be sharing the two-bedroom flat with me. I’m 28 years old and in the middle of a PhD in Neuroscience, so I’m looking for another postgrad student (also in their mid to late twenties), who will understand the busy life! I’m friendly, love a catch up, and enjoy cooking and baking for others, but don’t spend that much time in the house as I work long hours at the lab.
