Spacious Newington Double Room

Hiya! Currently in the process of moving out and looking for somebody to replace me in this lovely Newington flat. It's located right by a Sainsburys and is on the main thoroughfare of Clerk/Nicholson/South Bridge. The room faces Northeastish and the garden in the back, so it's relatively quiet save for the occasional magpie or seagull in the morning.

The kitchen is very spacious and there is one bathroom that's shared between everybody in the flat. The main foyer serves as the dining/living area. There is a massive box room that's currently used for storage, although previous tenants have used it for cinema or games.

Many of the current tenants are moving out at the end of the month for career moves or moving back home! But the tenant who is staying, Maddy, is lovely and sociable. She enjoys eating communal meals and having a chat after work, but also recognises the need for independence and quiet time. Looking for a clean, respectful flatmate!
