Stunning room available in the Newington area as my flatmate will be moving out in June.
I’m looking for someone who is extremely clean and vegan/vegetarian as I am vegetarian and would enjoy a meat-free space.
If you are employed, council tax would be your responsibility to pay as I am a PhD student. The rent listed is what we pay now and may increase with a new contract. The bed comes with a mattress as these pictures were taken prior to the tenancy starting. Please note this is not owned by me and I am simply looking for a new flatmate. Move in date June or July.
