2 Rooms available in a 4 bedroom flat in Newington. We are 4 postgraduate students, we work roughly 9-5 during the week and generally spend the weekend going for walks and doing puzzles. We are social and friendly and love a pub quiz. We are looking for some like minded people to replace the two of us that are moving out. The flat is really clean and spacious with great views of Arthur’s seat. It is in a fantastic location with access to Holyrood Park and the meadows in a 10 min walk. It is also next to East Preston Bus stop so great access links. There is one double room available for £850 a month ( bedroom 1 in photos) and one room with a 3/4 bed for £800 a month (bedroom 2 in photos). Bills are not included. Currently we are council tax exempt because we are students. If not a student you will need to be happy to pay the council tax.
