Double room in beautiful central flat

Double bedroom in a 2 bed flat available in central Edinburgh in Newington, just across the road from George Square where the Fringe will be happening. Less than 15 mins to Waverly/Princes Street on foot and great bus links. The room has great lighting. The flat has a spacious living room, a beautiful kitchen and one shared bathroom with a bathtub/shower. Bills are around £200 a month including council tax.

I'm looking for a flatmate who preferably doesn't work from home full time, and is on a similar 9-5 schedule. No students, no couples, no parties, no pets (sorry!). Women between the ages of 28- 35 are preferred.

A bit about me; I’m a post doc at The University of Edinburgh researching viruses. I love gaming, going for long walks with some coffee, quiet time at home (so it’s gotta be a nice quiet household), reading.
