Room in Newington

Hello,

We have a room available from the 29th of May until the end of July. The flat is a 5 minute walk from both Arthur Seat and the Meadows will plenty to do in the area.

You’d be sharing with myself, a wildlife conservation biologist (30), who likes to stay active. And a female (25) working in the restaurant industry who’s temporally letting a spare room for a few weeks, and who also has a small friendly dog. This room will be relet afterwards.

Rent is £650 + around £90 in bills. There may also be an opportunity for a long-term stay that is to be determined.
