One room available in a flatshare in Newington

I’m French and I’ve been living in Edinburgh for the past 8 months. I’m looking for someone to take the second bedroom in my flat from June onwards.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, the room available is smaller than the one I occupy, which is why I’m asking for only £500/month (the total rent for the flat is £1195). The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, and some shelves.

The living room has a sofa bed, which is handy if friends come to visit from time to time. There’s no TV, but I do have a really good video projector that you’d of course be welcome to use!

The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, toaster, blender, and basically everything needed in terms of cooking equipment and dishes, but no dishwasher.

I’m looking for someone tidy and clean, but not just someone to split the rent with. I really enjoy sharing little moments of daily life with the people I live with, things like dinners together, movie nights, board games, or going to the pub from time to time, while still respecting each other’s space and alone time.
