Looking for student tenant in short-term let

Looking for a postgraduate student to rent out a room in our four-bedroom flat in Newington. This is a short-term let starting 9th June until November for graduation so students only please. We are three other postgraduate flatmates who are working on their dissertations over the summer.

You would stay in a lovely room with views of Arthur's Seat and fully furnished with bed, desk, chest of drawers, storage.

Great location with easy access to the centre of Edinburgh by foot (30mins) or bus (15 mins). 5 mins from the Meadows and 7 mins from Bristo square.
