Very social flat currently with 4 girls and one boy (who is sadly moving back home). All of us are post grad (aged 20-23) working at the moment so preferably someone working or a student if willing to contribute to council tax. we love movie nights in the living room, lots of arts and crafts as well as bike rides and runs (and pub xx)! We’re preferably looking for someone who’s wanting a long term lease, if you have any questions just send me a message over! The flat is very central right by the meadows with arthur’s seat a 5 min walk away and the station around 10!

Room is in the lower floor of the house meaning you would be on the same floor as one other occupant and the kitchen! Not loads of natural light due to the window but it still hits like half of the room. There is a seperate toilet and shower room also located on the floor. Very private room with a pretty large walk in wardrobe.

Lovely private hedged front garden which is all ours! as well as a shared communal garden out back.
