Looking for a fully matriculated, UOE student to take over my room anytime from early June to 6th August 2026.
I am currently staying here with my flatmate (male), but will be leaving Edinburgh by early June and need someone to take over my tenancy until 6th of August (take over my lease). This is a Domus flat, so I'm looking for someone who is a fully matriculated student (whose status will remain this way until the end of the lease) who is not already living in UoE accommodation.
The flat is in a very good location, in between Pleasance and the main campus (5 minutes from each), with Tesco and Lidl just downstairs.
