Cosy double room in a great location!

I’m moving out of my room in the flat soon and looking for someone to take it over. The room is a small double with a pretty spacious cupboard for storage. It comes furnished with bed frame, desk, chair and drawers. It’s honestly such a good wee room, I’ve loved it here. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is also furnished.

It is located just behind Nicholson Street, so a short walk to cowgate or central. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby too!

As for the flatmates;
This is quite a social flat. We love flat hangs and kitchen talks, but also respect that we need our own space sometimes.

Bills are split amongst flatmates, but each flatmate is responsible for a separate bill. I am responsible for electricity, so this would be passed onto you. I can explain if you view the flat. The bills vary in price but I’d say roughly 50-70 in the steeper end. We don’t pay council tax.
