I have a spare double room in my flat right next to the Meadows. Looking for a fellow creative weirdo to share the space with.

Shared living room, small but functional kitchen and toilet/shower room. Super close to all the best bits of Edinburgh, including the Meadows, Arthur’s seat and old town.

Rent is £550 + bills (council tax, electricity, gas, WiFi). 2 options regarding deposit/lease
-casual basis with no deposit or formal lease
-formal basis with £550 deposit and formal lease

About me -
I am a non binary juggler, fire spinner and musician in the fledging stages of starting a creative business, although I currently work as a youth worker for a charity. I am both social and appreciate my alone time, so would like someone I can have a meal and a blether with some of the time (but not all the time). Ideally I’d like to find a new friend to share the space with :) preferably queer but not essential!
