Fully furnished double room to rent in a cutesy and cozy 4 bed flat in Newington. Available from 1st of July although viewings may not be til next week so I’m happy to be flexible about move in dates over the month of July. It’s a lovely bright room, gets lots of sun. Lovely area, 5 min walk from the meadows, 15/20 min walk to town. It’s super well connected to the whole city and near multiple supermarkets, shops and bars.

The room is currently £690 but will increase to £730 on the 1st of September 2026. The council tax is approx £48 each, WiFi is £8 each and bills vary but can be as little as £25 during the summer.

You’d be sharing with 3 gals, from Scotland and New Zealand aged between 24-31 😊 We’re a very social flat who love a drink, dinner and a movie night. Would love someone to match that vibe! We’re also all working professionals so we’re looking for another professional as this is not a student flat.
