The location is ideal, with the university campus, George Square, and the main library just a short walk away. The area is generally calmer during term time, although it can be busier during summer holidays
Rent is £780 per month, inclusive of all bills (gas, electricity, and 1Gb broadband, council tax).
You'll be sharing with two working professionals: a school teacher (working remotely) and a programmer. We're friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with, but we also value our own space and privacy. We keep the flat clean, enjoy a relaxed home environment, and appreciate being considerate of one another.
