August sublet in city centre

Hi everyone!
We are looking for a female subletter to join us for a month or so in this central cosy flat in Southside, due to our flatmate having a clash with her new flat before our contract end date:( Move-in date is beginning of August or potentially a bit earlier in late July if needed, and moveout date is 31 August.

The room:
The room is spacious and bright with a double bed and lots of storage - and an amazing view of the sea!
Rent is 630/month and bills are about 100 a month so the exact figure will depend on when exactly you are moving in.

The flat:
The flat is really conveniently located, just on the edge of Holyrood park (we can see the Crags!), and 5 min from Tesco/Lidl and Old town. Although it’s central, it feels nicely tucked away and quite quiet.
The living room and kitchen has plenty of storage and enough space for socialising. You’ll be sharing the bathroom with only one flatmate, as one of the other rooms is ensuite.
There is also a locked bike shed downstairs and a parking permit.

The flatmates:
We are 2 girls (25 and 23) working/studying in Edinburgh who will be up for some nice chats and outdoorsy adventures:)
