Fringe Accom - Sunny Single Room in Shared Flat

Hello,

We are 3 flatmates (F26, M26, M25) and have a single room free over the fringe period that we’re keen to rent out.
This is however only suitable for the fringe period and will need it back some time in September at the latest.

Very Centrally located:
The flat is 5 minutes from George square (centre for underbelly), 2 minutes from the Meadows, 2 minutes from Tesco and Sainsburies, 4 minutes from Holyrood Park. 15 minutes from Waverley station.

We are professionals who work so we don’t want a really noisy flat but we are quite social with each other, clean and respectful.
We have loads of boardgames and like both hanging out and chilling out depending on mood. We aren’t cold flatmates essentially - please don’t worry on that front!

We’re blessed with our big kitchen and lounge and will make sure you get the space you need in communal areas.

I have set this as £350 per week because of the stellar location but please let me know how long you’re thinking and we can chat!
