I have a room available from the 30th August. The location is ideally placed in the Newington area between Arthur’s Seat & the Meadows with many small shops, cafes and places to eat within 5 minutes walking distance.
You would be sharing with myself, a recent Biological Sciences graduate with interests in conservation, fitness & reading. You’d be welcome to make the flat as your own home.
I’m looking for someone who has a reasonable routine and does their part to keep the flat clean, happy to socialise and share the odd meal/activity but respectful of personal space as well.
For students interested they would need to contribute towards Council Tax (a UK based Guarantor would also be required)
Bills in total including rent & CT will be roughly £900pm.
