I'm looking to move out by the end of August, and need someone to take over the tenancy. The single room is nice and cosy with a decent window, and there is a shared kitchen, living room, toilet, and shower. I live with 3 other flatmates (1M and 2F), and all are very friendly and respectful. Two will be graduating this November and one is already working. Council tax is band D, and will be split (unless you are a student ofc).
Bills come out to about £50- £40 for energy and £10 for WiFi.
