Hi! I’m subletting my room from mid November to the beginning of February

The flat is located in Newington, close to the Commonwealth Pool, and you’ll be sharing with my incredible flatmate, who is lovely, friendly, and always happy for a chat 😊 the flat is so well located you have shops, the city centre, restaurants, a gym close by. The room is completely furnished with an incredible comfy mattress, also a huge desk to work from there. You will have space to store anything. The kitchen is completely equipped. We have a clean and tidy flat, and it is great to live in.

The rent is £850 per month, including bills, but I’m happy to negotiate the price.
