I’m moving out of my gorgeous room after 2 lovely years here!
The room comes fully furnished minus the corner chair. The windows were replaced just this week so the place will be much warmer during the winter!
The flat is ideally located close to lots of shops, restaurants and pubs. It’s about a 20 min walk to the station and 5 mins to the meadows.
Bills are not included but usually come to around £50 and council tax is £58 per month.
The current flatmates are all young professionals and we have all become good pals over our time living together. They’re looking for someone sociable, respectful and friendly.
The room is available from 1st November but could be slightly sooner.
They are open to short and long term lets so get in touch if you’re interested!
