The bedroom is large with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and shelves. There is one shared bathroom with a thermostatic shower. We have a great kitchen with an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and lots of storage. We also have a cosy living/dining space. The street has a big communal garden with lovely neighbours 🌺

We are close by to the Meadows, Arthur’s Seat and lots of great coffee shops/local businesses ☕️🥾

I have lived here for 5 years now and absolutely love the flat/area! I am looking for a flatmate who is planning on living in Edinburgh long-term. It would be perfect for a young professional or post-graduate student (who is willing to contribute towards council tax).

Rent - £650 each a month

Council Tax - £100 each (over 10 months), Band C.
Gas/Electricity - £60-£100 each (depending on time of year)
Internet - £15 each
