Double bedroom in Newington, right next to meadows

The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of draws. The room is looking out onto the garden, and therefore isn't road facing. The flat itself is large and on the top floor of a tenement block with a large shared living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. There is also a shared garden for use by all the flats in our block.

All the bills come in at approx £120 per person, inclusive of council tax, utilities etc. The deposit is one months rent. Current flat mates are 3 in males in their late 20s/30s who enjoy sports, music, board games and pub trips amongst other things. The flat environment is relaxed and due to the size of the flat does not feel crowded and hardly ever need to wait to use the kitchen or the bathrooms.
