Big and Bright Meadows Room to Rent *Sublet Only*

*Fantastic Newington flat, perfectly positioned overlooking the meadows.

I'm currently away for work, so will be looking to rent out my room for the next couple of months...

Large, bright room.

The flat itself has 3 other roommates who are all working professionals.
They like to have a beer and go out for a meal together from time to time, so someone reasonably social would be a good fit. All are really easy to get along with.

All males in their late 20s/early 30s but are more than happy to have female enquiries.

One of our housemates is part of the LGBTQ+ community, so LGBT friendly is a must!

*Minimum stay of 2months*

Available from October 19th - December 19th...with the option of extending to January if needed.

Rent will be £795 w/all bills, Wi-Fi, and council tax included.

One month's rent and another month's rent as a deposit required upfront.

I'll be keeping some of my things in the room such as books/art etc...but will be clearing most things out this weekend to ensure the new person has plenty of space and a full wardrobe.

I'll be out of the room from the 18th, but we'll need to organise a night that suits my housemates to meet a potential candidate and also provide the opportunity for you to see the room/flat.

Fire over a quick intro and bit about yourself and why you think you'd be a good fit for the apartment, and if suitable, we'll set up a viewing time.

Will update photos of the kitchen, bathroom, etc when I'm back this weekend.
