Hi! I'm moving out of my Domus University of Edinburgh flat on Nicolson Street and I'm hoping to pass the tenancy over to a new person.

It's a large sized bedroom with a new double bed, bedside table, a study table, a vanity table, bookshelf, closet and drawers. I share the flat with one other girl, who’s a clean and respectful final year medical student. We share the bathroom and kitchen which faces Arthur's Seat.

The flat is centrally located with Tesco right below the flat, Lidl and Sainsbury 1 minute walk away, and a 2 minute walk to asian/muslim supermarkets. There are also convenient bus links from Surgeons Hall or St Patrick Square.

Rent is only £562 per month with wifi included, bills is around £40 per person. The move in date would be around 27th of October but can be negotiated. The tenancy ends on 1st June 2027, and can be extended for another year if desired.
