Cosy Double Room Available in Newington

A lovely, cosy double bedroom is available in a 5 bedroom flat!

The room has a really warm and homely feel, with a large window that brings in plenty of natural light, wooden flooring, a double bed and wardrobe space. Double glazed so stays nice and warm in winter; faces southwest so you get some nice sun.

There's a living room with TV; kitchen with a full-size fridge-freezer and a mini fridge-freezer; bathroom; and garden. We're council tax band E.

You’ll be sharing the flat with some genuinely lovely flatmates! Everyone is super friendly, welcoming and easy to get along with, so it’s a really nice place to call home.

The remaining flatmates are 3 girls and 1 guy, from the UK, Ireland, and Australia; one of us is an art student and the rest are just working.

We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, respectful and happy to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. Nothing too serious, just someone who values cleanliness and good hygiene and is considerate of the people they live with.

Location: Great for public transport (the bus stop outside our flat gets you to Waverley station in 10 mins) and a 3-min walk to the Meadows.

Note: the wardrobe doors have currently been removed, as you can see in the pictures, since it's easier to have a curtain, but we can put them back on if you'd prefer!
