I will shortly have a double room to let in a lovely quiet neighbourhood in Newtongrange, near Dalkeith. Available by May 2025. I am the home owner and resident, and will be letting out on a live-in landlord basis. I would prefer a female roommate as I have lived with females for the last 14 years (sisters/wife/previous lodgers) and I feel more comfortable in a living situation.
Included with the rent will be: furnished double room, separate guest bathroom, shared living room, shared kitchen, washing machine, Internet and private parking. I ask that potential lodgers are honest, trustworthy, respectful of other people’s property, friendly, and are happy to share housework cleaning. In return you will be living in a lovely house that you can call home. The train into the city is only a 6 minute walk from the property, and the Lothian bus is an 8 minute walk.
