Room is a generous double that is rear facing, and in a way slightly apart from the rest of the house which offers privacy and peace. Garden is very well kept with seating for alfresco meals and evening drinks.
The house is only an eight minute walk from the train station with trains into Edinburgh every half an hour, and only a three minute walk across the park to a good bus link as well, Lothian Buses 29, 45, 3 and X 95 which is a borders bus and also goes into town but a lot faster.
Free on street parking all around the neighbourhood. Bike shed.
Selection of a tenant will be very strict as children live in the property.
