The Guest suite occupies the first floor of my cottage and is quite private. It includes a bedroom with a tiny an ensuite, a private sitting/dining room which has a sofa bed, air fryer, microwave, crockery and cutlery. You will have the use of my kitchen if you want to do more cooking.
You will be sharing with me an artist and CBT therapist, my partner and an adorable, black Labrador dog, Fergus.
It is half an hour by car from the city centre of Edinburgh . Very close to Royal (Dick)Vet School/Roslin Institute/Pentland Science Park, Bush Estate, Edinburgh. 15 mins from Edinburgh City by-pass.
Carlops has a bus service to Edinburgh ( 50 mins-1 hour to centre of Ed but the last bus back during the week is 8.30pm) and wonderful walking from the doorstep into the Pentland Hills.
We are also open to a Mon-Fri let for a reduced rent.
