The Guest suite occupies the first floor of my cottage and is quite private. It includes a double bedroom, a small private sitting room and an ensuite bathroom. You will have the use of the kitchen for cooking.
You will be sharing with me an artist and CBT therapist and an adorable, black Labrador dog, Fergus. My partner is here at the weekends
It is half an hour by car from the city centre of Edinburgh . Very close to Royal (Dick)Vet School/Roslin Institute/Pentland Science Park, Bush Estate, Edinburgh. 15 mins from Edinburgh City by-pass.
Carlops has a good bus service to Edinburgh ( 50 mins-1 hour to centre of Ed) and wonderful walking from the doorstep into the Pentland Hills.
We are also open to a Mon-Fri let for a reduced rent.
