Double bed - period house - bills included

Hello!

The house is a lovely period property built with plenty of space. All the living areas will be shared so there is plenty of room to chill out in the kitchen or living rooms.

The property is available from the 1st May, although there is a chance it might be available sooner. I'm looking for a flatmate who is interested in socialising rather than just staying in their room, and ideally would like to cook and eat dinner together when our schedules allow. Although having your own personal time is important too!
The room price includes utility bills, council tax and internet. We would share the cleaning obligations in the shared areas.

I'm a professional working in financial services, working from home mostly but also going into the office one or two days a week.
I have a 4 month old puppy so you would need to be comfortable with living with a dog and appreciate that a young puppy can be a bit disruptive. There would be no specific expectation that you look after the dog, although you would be welcome to be involved in it if you would enjoy that. If you had your own dog I'd be happy to consider them moving in too.

There will be a spare bedroom in the property that will be used occasionally for friends and family visiting. You would also be able to use it for friends and family for a night or two if agreed in advance.

There is a garage that is too small for cars but is useful for bikes and tools etc. The garden is large and I plan on getting some outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ once the weather warms up.
