Hi there!

Bright double room in Portobello, easy transport to town with #26 bus.

My flatmate leaves in July, I'll be looking for a long term flatmate, however until I do this available room might be useful for someone working or visiting the festival.

Looking for someone clean, quiet and responsible though. A wonderful place to rest, recover and pop down to the beach.

I’ve got a room available in a flat with a bright and spacious living room and a fully furnished kitchen.

The apartment is well built and located on the second floor. Good insulation, quiet, good windows, no damp or any issues like that. The place is carpeted which gives it a homely feel. There is a secure bike storage shed behind the building, as well as a grassy garden area for communal use, lovely in summer. There’s a few private parking spaces and free on street parking.

The house basically has all modern conveniences like fridge, oven, microwave, wahsing machine, iron, kettle etc.

A quiet area with good views from the flat. Just off the high street where you'll find most everything you'd need. A three minute walk to Portobello's wonderful beach. The bus stop on the corner has frequent buses into the centre.

Bathroom shared with one person.
Tax band D (£108 each)
Energy bills (around £40 each depending on use)

Cleaning duties would be shared according to a little schedule.

I'm a friendly, sociable and kind individual. Looking for a professional, responsible, and tidy flatmate. I work five days a week in town, often on weekends too.

I’d like to:
- Keep the kitchen tidy and clean. For it to be ready for use after the other person is done.
- To do the same for the house. So tidiness and taking off shoes and such.
- In the evenings and on my days off I sometimes work behind the computer or need to be able to rest. (So limited sound for example at such times.)
- I have some dietary requirements and so keeping the kitchen clean is important for me.
- Keep the house pretty orderly and uncluttered.
- Apart from a special occasion here and there this is not party flat.

The bedroom is nice and simple. Currently it has a single bed with a quality mattress and bedding, a big built in closet - lots of storage space, a desk and chair, chest of drawers, bedside table and light, laundry basket.

In short this is a really great place to have some peace and a very pleasant environment to stay.

Genuinely looking for a good person, preferably with a full time job and not working from home.
