Lovely, high-ceilinged Double room available to rent with private bathroom, sea views bills are included in the advertised price.

Welcome to our home! We have a beautiful seaside flat (sea views from every room!), and are looking to rent out our spare room to someone who is in need of a space for a few months. We both live in the flat however are often out training at the gym, or visiting Glasgow and the Borders when not at work or studying.

Edinburgh city centre is a 7 minute train journey or 25-30minute bus ride away, with the train stop being less than a 10 minute walk and the bus stop being at the top of our street.

Kitchen and living room are communal areas, with full amenities in Kitchen (washer/dryer, dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge, cupboard and storage space).

Your bathroom has a spacious shower, toilet and sink.

We are great at sharing space whilst also maintaining privacy amongst each other, as well as pitching in with keeping the flat a clean and tidy environment. We want to get along with whoever moves in, but will also respect your private life! We are sociable but also value our own space.

This room is best suited for someone who does not work from home, or certainly does not work from home more than once a week. Although the flat is spacious, we have found it to be a much more harmonious environment when work/home life remains separate.

If you have a cat or small pet, we'd also considered that but sorry - no dogs.

The term of rental length is up for discussion, someone who is looking for somewhere only a few months is ideal for us.
