I am 45 years old. I like running, parkrun, going out, travelling and foreign languages (I speak French and German and some Spanish).
Flat is in two levels. Lounge and kitchen downstairs. Bathroom and two bedrooms (one is my room and the other is the room to be rented out).
Please note my room overlooks the lounge with a mezzanine. So my room has a large curtain. Mentioning, as some people may not be happy with there not being a solid wall between my room and the lounge underneath. I attach a photo taken from the lounge looking up at my room. To emphasise, that is not the room being rented. But it may influence someone’s decision as to whether they wish to stay.
There is a designated parking space for the flat. I don’t have a car, so you’d be welcome to use the space.
