Double room - LGBT; Edinburgh

Hi,

I am unfortunately moving out of this lovely flat and will be needing someone to replace me by September.

About the accommodation:
- Spacious living room
- Modern kitchen
- bathroom to undergo a refurbishment over August (photos here are of current look)
- Portobello beach less than a minute from the tenement and visible from front door.
- Furnished shared space including a smart TV
- Aldi, shops, cafes, pubs all nearby
- Quiet but friendly neighbours
- Well connected via public buses

The room:
- £450 per month plus council tax (band B) and bills
- Space for double bed (one pictured not come with the room)
- Quiet, view of back garden

Energy bills are paid via meter and varies according to usage.

My flatmate is 28 years old, male and bisexual. It is important to him that a new flatmate shares his values and is also LGBT or an ally. He likes to play rugby and video games in his spare time, and has a keen interest in music.

As mentioned, this is an LGBT-friendly flat and, as such, my flatmate is looking for someone of the community or an ally. He holds progressive values and is looking for someone who shares that. Additionally, my flatmate is hoping to share the space, not just co-exist with someone. Eagerness to socialise and find interest in each other’s hobbies is therefore a big plus. Finally, the person must be respectful of cleanliness, especially in the kitchen, and willing to make the flat a home.
