Festival (or longer!) let near portobello with fantastic views of Arthur’s Seat. Easy and regular bus routes to city centre. Short walk to Portobello beach and high street. Quiet neighbourhood. I live in the property with my Jack Russell dog Rudi who loves people and guests :). The kitchen and living room are free to use as well as the spare room/office if you need to ‘work from home’. Happy to negotiate shorter/longer stays if it suits. Price is reflective of festival. Thanks :)
