Hi there! We have a lovely double room available in our rented flat, just 5 minutes walk from the beach! Our current flatmate is moving abroad and her room will be available from the 10th of December.

About us:
We are a couple; Jess (29) is an art student who also works in a gallery, and James (33) owns and runs a street food trailer. We both like to keep our home clean and organised, and we enjoy cooking and eating together, movie nights, and playing board games.

What we're looking for:
Someone kind and friendly who would be up for helping keeping the flat clean and tidy.
We'd love to be pals with our new flatmate while still respecting each other's privacy and space.

The flat:
One bedroom available
Separate large kitchen and sitting room
Spare guest bedroom for visitors
Comes with resident cat Leeloo
No smoking
Plenty of shops/cafes/pubs/restaurants nearby

Rent: £750 per month, all bills included
