The property comprises of a livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Vitally there is secure parking to the rear of the property and there is a 24/7 bus which runs into Edinburgh City centre which is a two minute walk from the flat.

Portobello beach is less than a five minute walk from the flat. Also, just minutes away by foot are local shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, library, post office and more. It truly is a wonderful place to live.

Timescales are negotiable however, it is really important to me that the tenant is clean and tidy.
