About the flat:
This is a beautiful first floor flat set within a Georgian property in the beautiful seaside area of Portobello on Bath Street. It's a 2 min walk to Portobello Beach which offers a whole host of lovely beachfront cafés and bars. The living room is the gem of this flat, it's bright, spacious and the afternoon light is stunning. It has the classic large Edinburgh bay windows, table, large sofa and original fireplace - any fellow plant parents will be very welcome to add to the collection!
There is a compact shaker-style kitchen with loads of storage and a bright bathroom which is currently under renovation with a shower unit being fitted. This is estimated to be complete by the end of w/c 26th October 2026.

Your room is a spacious double bedroom with large windows overlooking the shared garden. You'll have alcove shelves, an original fireplace, double bed, two bed-side tables and a chest of drawers.

Outdoors - we have access to the garden below and there is unrestricted on-street parking.

About me:
I'm Grace, I work as a Project Manager for an eco-engineering company who specialise in river restoration. I love the outdoors, ecology and rivers (of course) as well as the Porty lifestyle.

I love the flat, so enjoy spending weekends/evenings here when i'm not busy. It would be great to find someone who is happy chilling in the lounge with me or might be up for the occasional café/pub visit or any crafty activities together.

Who I'm looking for:
Another professional who doesn't work from home full-time (sorry!). I like to keep a relaxing and clean home space - so if candles, potted plants and cute crockery are your thing, we'll get along :)
