Furnished double room in a 2 bed flat in the heart of beautiful Stockbridge.
The room comes with a comfy double bed, built-in wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers and a bedside table.

There's a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and utility room (inc. dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.). There is also free car parking and I have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight (hopefully a nice little bonus!)

I'm a live in landlord, so I'm looking for a friendly, tidy lodger to share my flat with. It’s a relaxed, comfortable space, and I’d love to find someone who’s got their own routine - ideally out at work or studying during the day as I mostly work from home.

I’m sociable and always up for a chat or a glass of wine now and then, but I also value a bit of quiet and personal space. It’d suit someone easygoing, considerate, and looking for a nice place to come home to rather than a busy shared flat.
The location is awesome. Stockbridge is one of the most popular areas in Edinburgh and there are loads of amenities right on the doorstep, including shops, cafe's, restaurants, bars/pubs and Inverleith Park. The infamous Lannan Bakery is a 2 min walk away and there is an amazing gelato place right outside. It's also only a 10min walk to Princes Street and there is a bus stop right outside.
