Furnished double room in a 2 bed flat in the heart of beautiful Stockbridge.

£200p/w is based on 4 nights stay Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs night, and includes all bills. Shorter length stays are negotiable, so drop me a message if you're interested as that could also work well for me.

I'm a 31 year old female looking for a part-time flatmate. I'm ideally looking for a professional who travels to Edinburgh for work and who needs somewhere to stay for a few days during the week (max 4 nights).


The room comes with a comfy double bed, built-in wardrobe and bedside table.

There's a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and utility room (inc. dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.). There is also free secure car parking.


The location is absolutely awesome. Stockbridge is one of the most popular areas in Edinburgh and there are loads of amenities right on the doorstep, including shops, cafe's, restaurants, bars/pubs and Inverleith Park. It's also only a 10min walk to Princes Street and there is a bus stop right outside.
