Looking for one female flatmate to join a 3 bedroom flat just outside the Stockbridge area, available from the 1st of September.
The room is the one pictured and will be furnished, including a double bed. Bills are not included. The flat has 1 bathroom and a shared kitchen/ living area.
You will be living with 2 other female flatmates (ages 22-24). We are working professionals and so are looking for someone who will also contribute towards council tax. We are social and enjoy spending time with flatmates but also respect others privacy around the flat.
The flat is in a lovely area, just outside of Stockbridge. It is a 15 minute walk from Princes Street and a 20 minute walk from Waverley station with good access to bus routes.
