Bright Double Bedroom in New Town!

Hi Everyone!

Unfortunately my flatmate is moving out of our gorgeous 2 bed flat in New Town, so I am now looking for someone to move in.

The flat is fully furnished throughout. We have just had a new boiler an shower fitted. The room has a king size bed, Wardrobe, Drawers and a bedside table. There is 3 cupboard for storage in the hallway. We also have a small patio out front that we can sit in during the summer.

We are in a well connected with the busses 24,29,27,23,& 36. Princess street is also only a 10 minutes walk away, with connection to busses all over the city. There is a little Tesco, Sainsbury’s and margiottas near by all within a couple minutes walk away, and then a big Tesco and Lidl around 10 minutes walk away

I am looking for a friendly professional or student (who’s willing to pay council tax) between the ages of 22-30 who is clean, tidy, friendly and respectable. Someone while having our alone time and own lives, also likes to hang out and do things whether that’s dinners together, movie nights, pub evenings etc. Would like to create more of a home environment rather than awkward vibe and a just a place to crash.

A little about me :
I work Monday-Friday for a local Edinburgh charity and in the office most days ( I do work from home 1 day a week). I enjoy being social but also having our own space. My interests are cooking, reading, music, movies/tv, trying new things and places.
