Summer Sublet - Room in Stockbridge/Cannonmils

I'm subletting my room in a lovely, very spacious flat in the Stockbridge/Cannonmills area from 24 June to 24 August (with some flexibility on dates for the right person).

The flat is in an amazing location: just a 5-minute walk from Stockbridge, with some of Edinburgh's best cafés, restaurants, pubs, and wine bars right on your doorstep. The flat is very well connected, with buses stopping right outside the building and easy connections to the city centre and most areas of Edinburgh. The area has a lovely neighbourhood feel while still being incredibly central, with the Botanic Gardens, Inverleith Park, and the Water of Leith all within a short walk.

The flat itself is bright and spacious, with a huge living room and kitchen, and fantastic views.

You'd be sharing with a wonderful group of young professionals working in a range of different fields. We're a friendly and easy-going household and enjoy spending time together, whether that's cooking dinners, going to the cinema, watching movies on our projector, checking out exhibitions, or simply having a chat in the living room. At the same time, everyone values their own space and independence, and we see the flat as a calm, relaxed home rather than a party house.

We're looking for someone who would enjoy that balance of sociability and respect for each other's space.
