- The flat has been fully furnished by me and there is also an option for your bedroom to come furnished for an additional cost as my current flatmate furnished the room
- Bedroom is front/street facing
- Very central location, under 10 minute walk from Princes St and Stockbridge’s centre
- 1 min walk to a Sainsbury’s Local and a 15 min walk away from a Lidl
- Surrounded by lots of cute cafes and pubs
- Rent is £625pcm and bills (inc. council tax) usually sit around ~£150pcm

About me
- 24 yr old, female, Scottish, young professional
- Graduated from UofE in English Literature a couple years ago and have been working in Comms for a non profit on that 9-5 hybrid lifestyle since
- Love to read, write, and paint, as well as many a trip to the pub, going on long walks, a good TV show to get stuck into, a holiday to Spain, a cheeky wee night out, taking a million digi cam pics, and having my friends over for dins (it’s usually fajitas so hope ur a fan of them xx)
- Have lived in the flat with my bestie for the past year and now she’s moving down south rip
- Looking for someone who’s down for a chilled movie night in or a spontaneous trip out, balanced with an equal love for keeping the flat tidy and the energy good <3
