Rent for each room is £640.
WiFi and bills usually add up to about about £70 per person each month.

You'd be living with me, a 28 year old full time arts worker with a love of artsy hobbies, good books, funky IPAs and the occasional karaoke night ☺️ I've lived in the flat for a year with two wonderful housemates who alas are both moving in August - the landlord is brilliant and we've loved the flat.

Ideally I'm looking for women in and around the same age as me who'd be keen to watch a cheesy romcom on our projector every now and then!

The flat is really lovely and is just short walk from Stockbridge and Canonmills, both of which have loads of bus connections to the whole city.
