Double room in Stockbridge flat

A double room is available in our much loved Stockbridge flat in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town. The flat is in a great location - just up from the Stockbridge market, close to loads of independent shops, coffee spots and pubs. It's a beautiful old tenement flat on the second floor, with high ceilings, a huge living room, large kitchen, and modern bathroom.

The room is very large (about the same size as the living room!), fully furnished, and is situated at the rear of the flat with an amazing view of Circus Lane.

You'll be sharing with 3 other professionals aged 25-30 (and a very cute cat!). We're a mix of outdoorsy and artsy, so if you enjoy climbing, hiking, crafting or art, you'll fit right in! We'd be looking for a flatmate of similar interests and age, and preferably in full-time employment.

Rent is £687.50 per month. Bills (council tax, electricity, gas, and internet) are not included - these currently total around £127. The room will be available to move into on 2nd September.
