Hey! I’m potentially looking for a room mate. The flat is in Stockbridge, a very good central location. It’s top floor with no lift.

Looking for a female, professional, not a party person but don’t mind if they are sociable, must be clean and tidy person. I’m in my early 30s. They would have the flat to themselves on weekends as I am often away with work.

The room isn’t huge but perfect for a double bed and wardrobe and for the person to make it their own.

It would roughly be around £850pcm with bills.

The rest of the flat is fully furnished by me, it’s a really lovely calm space in a lovely area close to all the coffee shops and local walks and of course town only being a 10 minute walk away.

Let me know if you are interested! It would be from November onwards at the earliest and checks have been completed by my landlord 🤍

There is an Ikea pull out bed in the room currently however that can be removed for you to furnish the room yourself and make it your own.
