Cozy room in New Town/Stockbridge Flat

About us:

I'm Praise, I’m 27 and work as an energy
analyst. I'm originally from the Philippines, but lived most of my life in upstate New York and Long Island. I love reading, lowballing people on Vinted, yoga and going on long walks. I'm constantly rewatching Brooklyn99 and am a bit too invested in Bake Off.

Riva, 30 enjoys crafting & puzzles, travel, direct communication, Brendan Fraser, and judging other peoples' spice cabinets.
If your hot sauce collection is better than Riva's, she'll give you a fiver.

I’m Charlie, 26, originally from Aberdeenshire but after moving from Paris to London i feel contently settled in Edinburgh. I’m currently studying journalism part time while working full time in the city centre. I have a penchant for fashion and enjoy perusing vinted and the thrift stores throughout the city and beyond. I also love cinema and have a varied collection of old DVDs i view regularly in our cosy living room

About you:

- Clean, reliable and respectful of shared spaces (we have assigned chores that we all keep up with on a weekly basis)
- We would love to live with someone we can all have a laugh with and who can be part of a home, not just a flatshare :)

A bit about the money:
Rent is £500 which includes wifi and council tax, but excludes bills. We also have a key to the gardens (£30 a year + deposit) woohoo!

We also each pay for a subscription for a streaming service bc we’re addicted to screens.

We have the heating switched off year round but we knock about in our Oodies and hot water bottles, which saves a lot of money bills wise. We are cost conscious so looking for someone who puts in the effort to save money when making lifestyle choices in the flat.
