A large double room is coming up in a beautiful townhouse in Stockbridge, one of Edinburgh's best neighbourhoods. My current flatmate is relocating to Glasgow for work, so I'm looking for someone new to move in from 1 November.

You're about a 30-second walk from the heart of Stockbridge, with its pubs, cafés, restaurants and shops. The city centre is a short walk away, so you'll rarely need a bus.

About Me
I'm Irish, 27 and work full time. Outside work I play rugby, love cooking, play music and enjoy a good night out. I'm very tidy and like keeping the house looking its best. I also host friends fairly often, so the house has a sociable feel.

Who I'm Looking For
Ideally a working professional with similar interests: someone sociable who's up for the odd dinner, pint or night out, but who also respects a clean, well-kept home.
