I’ve just finished decorating the double room in my flat and I’m looking for the someone who might be interested in renting it :)
Rent is £850 which includes bills but not council tax (band D). The room has a double bed and storage. The kitchen is small but has a washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath and plenty of storage.
If you have a car and need parking you can apply for a parking permit.
There is a decent sized garden accessible from the stairwell.
Keen to find someone who is very tidy and clean, respectful of my home and find a good balance between spending time and sharing space in the flat. I have a dog and work from home most days, so looking for someone who doesn’t work from home.
